Dr Arash Onsori has been working for eihbank in Hamburg since January 2017 and was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board in July 2020. He has many years of experience in the international banking business. He began his career at a major Iranian bank in Tehran, where he held various management positions. As Chief Market Officer, Dr Onsori is responsible for the Credit Market, Correspondent Banking, Treasury Front Office, L/C Department, Corporate Account Management and for the Iranian branches in Tehran and on Kish Island. Dr Onsori was born in Tehran. He is married and has one son.

Ralf Vollmering is a fully qualified lawyer with many years of professional and management expertise in the banking sector (Deutsche Kreditbank AG, Commerzbank AG and Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg). He has been with eihbank since August 2019, initially as Head of Human Resources and Legal. He was appointed as a member of the Executive Board in May 2020. On the Executive Board, Mr Vollmering is responsible for the Back Office division, which includes Credit Back Office, Risk Management and Reporting, Accounting, Human Resources and Legal, Compliance, IT, IT Security and Project Management, Payments, Treasury Back Office and Organisation. He is married and has one son.
